Ascend products are designed for comfort and performance, so if you're unsatisfied with our product, no worries we have you covered. Products may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date if they are unworn and unwashed (invoice required). Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the price of the product.

Standard (1-7 business days for orders placed by 7pm PDT):

• $7

• Free for orders of $100 or more

 

Express (1-3 business days for orders placed by 5pm PDT):

• $20

• Free for orders of $150 or more

 

Next Day (1-2 business days for orders placed by 3pm PDT):

• $30

• Free for orders of $250 or more

• Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.

• Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

• Ascend does not offer international shipping and is unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
